Web poker has become globally famous recently, with televised tournaments and celebrity poker game events. Its popularity, though, stretches back in fact a bit further than its television ratings. Over the years numerous types on the first poker game have been developed, including a handful of games that are not quite poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is one of the above-mentioned games. Regardless of the name, Caribbean stud poker is most closely related to vingt-et-un than traditional poker, in that the players bet against the casino instead of the other players. The winning hands, are the long-standing poker hands. There is little conniving or different types of boondoggle. In Caribbean stud poker, you are expected to pay up before the dealer saying "No more wagers." At that instance, both you and the house and of course all of the other gamblers attain 5 cards each. After you have looked at your hand and the bank’s first card, you must in turn make a call bet or surrender. The call bet’s value is equal to your beginning wager, meaning that the stakes will have doubled. Abandoning means that your wager goes directly to the house. After the wager is the showdown. If the casino does not have ace/king or better, your wager is given back, including an amount in accordance with the original wager. If the house does have ace/king or better, you succeed if your hand defeats the casino’s hand. The bank pays out chips equal to your initial bet and fixed odds on your call wager. These odds are:
- Equal for a pair or high card
- two to one for 2 pairs
- three to one for three of a kind
- 4-1 for a straight
- 5-1 for a flush
- seven to one for a full house
- twenty to one for a four of a kind
- 50-1 for a straight flush
- 100-1 for a royal flush
